Job summary

gpac is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join our Engineering team. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on product quality and manufacturing efficiency, with clear potential to grow into a leadership position.

The ideal candidate has a background in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering, hands-on production experience, and strong problem-solving and collaboration skills. CAD experience (SolidWorks) and Lean/ERP exposure are a plus in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• CAD experience (SolidWorks preferred); Lean/ERP experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support engineering projects from concept through implementation.
• Support product design with a focus on manufacturability and production methods.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to transition products into manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis.
• Analyze data to identify process and quality improvement opportunities.
• Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives.
