Trane Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to develop, implement, and maintain production processes that drive quality and efficiency. This role focuses on creating robust manufacturing plans to improve operations competitiveness, with emphasis on new product introductions and process optimization.

The candidate will lead PFMEA, APQP, DCP, and Lean tools, mentoring teams and collaborating across functions to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective manufacturing solutions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Engineering Degree required.
• 3+ years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Develop and define concepts and manufacturing processes for new product introductions and enhancements, using DFM/DFA, FMEA, 3P, Lean Six Sigma.
• Capitalize planning, CER creations and Approvals, project timing and implementation, capital spending and budgeting, VA/VE savings.
• Ensure all equipment meets OSHA compliant safety regulations.
• Mentor, train and review projects including PFMEA, APQP, DCP, Lean tools, project management and simultaneous engineering.
• Develop and improve manufacturing standards including process maps, set-ups, quality controls, tooling and fixture records, routings and cycle times.
