You will partner with Value Stream leaders, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Continuous Improvement to enhance safety, quality, delivery, and cost, aligning with Lean Performance System principles.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Manufacturing Engineers across an assigned value stream, establishing standards and scalable production; provide technical leadership and coaching.
• Coordinate with Value Stream Managers and Operations to support daily performance, address constraints and ensure safe, repeatable production.
