Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Manufacturing Support Lead to influence design decisions, track vendor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement across operations. You will partner with internal teams and vendor design groups to optimize bids, submittals, and change management, while advancing quality and cost KPIs.

Responsibilities

Provide design feedback to align with vendor capabilities during tendering and submittal phases.
Track and report vendors' technical KPIs.
Implement CAs and Design changes as part of Quality KPI.
Interface with vendor design teams for bids and submittals (OTD KPI).
Lead continuous improvement projects at OGs (Cost KPI).
