Job summary

S&C Electric Company in Wisconsin is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead engineering for value streams, improve processes, and drive safety, quality, and cost performance.

This role coordinates with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain and Product Engineering to strengthen manufacturing capability, reduce variation, and ensure production readiness for new products; requires 4–5 years engineering experience and 1–2 years leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• 1–2 years leadership experience managing engineers.
• 4–5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Manufacturing Engineers.
• Establish engineering standards, manufacturing processes, and best practices.
• Drive process improvements and problem-solving.
• Coordinate with Value Stream Managers and Operations leaders.
• Ensure adherence to budgets, schedules, and performance goals.
