Responsibilities

• Professional leadership and individual contribution on manufacturing engineering projects from concept to implementation.
• Develops, validates, and optimizes processes, tooling, work instructions, and documentation.
• Supervises and develops engineering technicians; prioritizes resources.
• Partners with operations to align engineering priorities with business objectives.
• Supports budgeting for capital projects and resource planning.
• Communicates with suppliers and internal customers to define specifications and resolve issues.
