Job summary
SPX Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to provide strategic and technical leadership for manufacturing engineering activities in Eden, North Carolina. The role involves leading continuous improvement initiatives and supporting new product introduction efforts.

Qualifications
- 8+ years of manufacturing engineering and/or technical leadership experience.
- Experience with manufacturing processes including assembly and fabrication.
- Experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and provide strategic direction to the manufacturing engineering team.
- Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and support expansion of Lean culture.
- Develop and manage engineering capital plans and budgets.
- Support quality systems initiatives including PPAP and APQP.
