Qualifications

• 8+ years of manufacturing engineering and/or technical leadership experience.
• Experience with manufacturing processes including assembly and fabrication.
• Experience leading engineering teams within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead and provide strategic direction to the manufacturing engineering team.
• Drive Lean manufacturing initiatives and support expansion of Lean culture.
• Develop and manage engineering capital plans and budgets.
• Support quality systems initiatives including PPAP and APQP.
