Job summary
SPX Technologies is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to provide strategic and technical leadership for manufacturing engineering activities that improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost performance. You will lead continuous improvement initiatives and support NPI efforts to drive operational excellence through Lean manufacturing principles.
The role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage capital plans and budgets while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering required; Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial preferred.
- Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma certification preferred.
- Occasional travel up to 25% may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic and technical leadership for manufacturing engineering activities to improve safety, quality, delivery, productivity and cost.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and drive operational excellence through Lean principles.
- Develop and manage engineering capital plans and budgets; support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities.
