Ducommun Incorporated is seeking an Engineering Supervisor Manufacturing to lead a team of Project Engineers and Document Control to ensure successful production of build-to-print assemblies. The role emphasizes Lean manufacturing, 6S, and Kaizen to improve throughput and quality while meeting schedule commitments.

You will collaborate with operations, quality, and engineering to drive continuous improvement, ensure regulatory compliance (CUI/CMMC), and mentor staff on design concepts and

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME/Manufacturing or related field.
• 8+ years of engineering experience, preferably in Aerospace manufacturing.
• Prior management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma, Process Mapping, 6S, DMAIC, and Kaizen helpful.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and lead Project Engineers supporting build-to-print assemblies.
• Oversee Document Control for CUI/CMMC requirements and revision control.
• Drive on-time delivery and product quality through lean manufacturing.
• Interface with internal/external stakeholders to meet objectives.
• Lead Lean initiatives: 6S, pull systems, Kaizen events, waste reduction.
