Job summary

JARP Industries, Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead and coordinate all site manufacturing and process engineering activities for hydraulic cylinder manufacturing.

This on-site, full-time role reports to the site leadership and drives process development, NPI readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will oversee design, optimization, and standardization across welding, machining, assembly, testing, and painting operations, while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Industrial Engineering required.
• 8–12 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering roles.
• Prior experience leading or coordinating engineering teams.
• Automotive or hydraulic manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all manufacturing/process engineering activities at the plant.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to manufacturing engineers and plant engineering team members.
• Lead design, optimization, and standardization of welding, machining, assembly, testing, and painting processes.
• Support New Product Introduction with manufacturing readiness and launch execution.
• Drive productivity and cost savings through lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Manage site capital expenditure priorities.
• Support automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing implementations.
• Govern engineering data including BOMs, routings, cycle times, tooling, and consumables.
• Ensure ISO 9001 documentation and audits compliance.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Monitor KPIs for safety, quality, delivery, efficiency, and cost.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering.
