Job summary

JARP Industries Inc. is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead site manufacturing and process engineering for hydraulic cylinder operations, reporting to the site leadership. You will drive process design, NPI readiness, lean improvements, and data governance to meet ISO 9001 standards.

You will oversee engineering teams, coordinate across functions, and champion automation and continuous improvement initiatives in a full-time onsite role in Wisconsin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or industrial engineering or equivalent.
• 8–12 years in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• 5+ years in manufacturing or process engineering roles.
• Experience leading engineering teams or coordinating projects.
• Automotive or hydraulic manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the site manufacturing engineer coordinating all manufacturing/process engineering activities.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and technical direction to engineering teams.
• Lead process design, optimization, and standardization across welding, machining, assembly, testing, and painting.
• Support New Product Introduction with readiness, validation, and launch execution.
• Lead productivity and flow improvements via lean and continuous improvement.
• Manage site capital expenditure priority list.
• Support deployment of automation, robotics, and advanced manufacturing solutions.
• Ensure BOMs, routings, cycle times, tooling, and consumables data accuracy and governance.
• Ensure ISO 9001 documentation/compliance and assist audits.
• Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Monitor KPIs related to safety, quality, delivery, efficiency and cost.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Design Engineering.
• Facilitate transfer and adoption of best practices across Wipro global facilities.
