Airline Hydraulics Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations through process development, standardization, and Lean initiatives. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering field is required.
• 3–7 years of manufacturing engineering or related experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, process improvement, and lean manufacturing principles.
• Experience with time studies, process mapping, root-cause analysis, Kaizen events, and continuous improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Perform time studies, labor analysis, and process evaluations to establish labor standards and identify opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and manufacturing performance.
• Develop, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes, work instructions, assembly standards, and standard operating procedures to ensure safe, consistent, and repeatable production.
• Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives utilizing Lean Manufacturing principles, including waste reduction, 5S, standard work, root cause analysis, visual management, and process optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering to improve product manufacturability, assembly efficiency, quality, and cost.
