Job summary

Eaton’s Electrical Sector - ARS division is seeking a Manufacturing Project Leader at our Lincoln, IL facility. Onsite role supporting Residential & Wiring Devices, with relocation assistance for US residents.

You will lead Manufacturing Engineering initiatives, drive lean improvements, and manage capital/automation projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
• 5+ years of engineering, program management, or CI/OPEX in manufacturing.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support site strategy balancing daily shop-floor support with long-term initiatives.
• Own the Manufacturing Engineering roadmap and implement new processes and equipment.
• Ensure manufacturing processes meet MESH safety and quality standards.
• Lead capital and automation projects portfolio across equipment, tooling, robotics, and semi-automated solutions.
• Develop and manage Capital Appropriation Requests with financial justification and disciplined execution.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation and standard work, including work instructions and routings.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Product Engineering to resolve issues and improve manufacturability.
