Job summary

INTALUS is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support machine- and workflow-facing process development on custom multi-axis robotic directed-energy platforms in West Lafayette, IN. This role is operations-facing: setup support, fixturing/part handling, parameter capture, traveler discipline, inspection routines, and process documentation.

You will help standardize repeatable workflows aligned with AS9100D, NADCAP, ISO 9001:2015, and CMMC Level 1–2 expectations, coordinating closely

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen with clearance eligibility.
• Active security clearance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with manufacturing process development for multi-axis robotics systems.
• Define and record process parameters, setup states, and build conditions.
• Support quality system readiness documentation (SOPs, work instructions).
• Help ensure traceability and in-process inspection routines.
• Coordinate data handling and handoffs with Materials Engineering.
