Responsibilities

• Improving manufacturing and testing processes by analyzing workflows, fixtures, and procedures.
• Designing and implementing new test fixtures, manufacturing methods, and tooling solutions to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity on the production floor.
• Collaborating with teams and colleagues in a professional environment.
• Presenting project outcomes to the local management team at the end of the program.
• Gaining industry knowledge relevant to the Hubbell business location.
• Managing multiple projects with overlapping tasks and working independently with minimal supervision.
