You will analyze production workflows, document SOPs, and support projects to improve efficiency and quality while ensuring safety and environmental standards are met. The ideal candidate is pursuing IE/ME degrees, is in sophomore to senior year, and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work both

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Sophomore, Junior, or Senior standing preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze manufacturing and business processes for efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Develop, document, and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation.
• Evaluate workflows and recommend improvements to eliminate waste and streamline operations.
• Support project management by tracking milestones and communicating status.
• Ensure work complies with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Identify automation opportunities to improve processes.
