Qualifikationen

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
• Strong performance in technical coursework and labs.
• Prior internship or lab experience preferred but not required.

Aufgaben

• Support technical projects involving process optimization, testing, or data collection.
• Perform laboratory or production floor work under supervision with safety protocols.
• Assist engineers with data entry, equipment setup, sampling, and trials.
• Collect and analyze operational data to support improvements.
• Document results and technical observations per GEON standards.
• Participate in problem-solving sessions and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Prepare summaries of findings for internal review.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace following EH&S guidelines.
