Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn custom database and software applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment as well as individually.
• Current enrollment in undergraduate or graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Computer, Supply Chain or related field).
• US citizen.
• Ability to work on site in Longmont, Colorado.

Responsibilities

• Develop and publish standard work procedures.
• Collect and analyze data to aid in data-driven decision making.
• Execute Lean 5S activities in the manufacturing shop.
• Collaborate with production supervisors, materials team members, and manufacturing engineers to support and lead projects to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
• Support manufacturing engineers and facilities team with installation and project management of new equipment.
