Pacific Fusion Corporation is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to join the Delivery team in Summer 2027. You will help build the first power generation component samples and translate build steps into clear work instructions for technicians, collaborating closely with manufacturing engineers and technicians.

This role emphasizes hands-on learning, MES exposure, data collection and trend analysis, and practical problem solving.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering or related field.
• Willingness to work with technicians/engineers to thoroughly understand the build process.
• Attentive listening to capture details for work instructions.
• Ability to think on your feet and provide quick solutions as problems arise.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Aid in implementation of Manufacturing Execution Software (MES).
• Collaborate with build technicians and manufacturing engineers to create, edit, and release work instructions to build the product.
• Capture redlines suggested by technicians and conduct meetings to decide additions to work instructions.
• Assist manufacturing engineers in tooling design and fabrication.
• Collect, consolidate, and analyze data to show trends with recommended actions.
