Xcimer Energy invites motivated undergraduates, graduates, and PhD candidates to join a 12-week internship program at our Denver, CO headquarters. Interns will design and build laser-driven inertial fusion hardware and software across Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, and Software disciplines, mentored by industry experts to help advance the world’s first commercial fusion energy plant.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in BS, MS, or PhD in mechanical, electrical, physics, nuclear engineering or related field.
• Applied technical skills outside of classroom (projects, volunteering, research, prior internships).
• Proficient in CAD for 3D modeling and simulation.
