Job summary

Volvo Group in Hagerstown, MD is seeking a creative, self-driven Intern: Manufacturing Engineer for Spring 2027. You will work with experienced engineers on lean manufacturing, AI-driven data solutions and process improvement in a fast-paced setting.

You must be currently enrolled in an Engineering degree with 30 credits completed and a minimum GPA of 2.75. Interns may work up to 30 hours per week. Housing assistance and career opportunities are provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• Applicant must be currently enrolled and pursuing an Engineering Degree.
• Preferred specializations: Industrial, Mechanical and Engineering Design at an accredited school.
• Must have completed 30 semester hours of undergraduate studies prior to start of internship.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75.
• Interns may work up to 30 hours per week.
