Qualificações

• Applicants must be currently enrolled in an Engineering degree program and have completed 30 semester hours before the start of the internship.
• Spring interns may work up to 30 hours per week.
• Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.75 required.

Responsabilidades

• Review equipment preventive maintenance checks for effectiveness and look for improvements to PMS and reliability.
• Review equipment documentation and help maintain the equipment library.
• Assess stocking requirements for spare parts and work with the CMMS to validate parts.
• Analyze criticality of spare parts and create spare parts ledgers for production equipment.
• Apply lean manufacturing principles within maintenance and develop a formal project.
• Create maintenance calendars and One-Point Lessons; develop PowerPoint presentations for project ideas and reports.
