Electrified Thermal Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support pilot production of the E-Brick refractory heating elements. The role blends hands-on casting, mold preparation, and an independent capstone project with direct impact on operations.

You will report to the Manufacturing Engineer, contribute to QA/QC samples, SOPs, and process improvements while ensuring a clean, organized production area.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated hands-on work in lab, production, or workshop settings.
• Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel or similar data tools.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and use PPE as required.

Responsabilités

• Mix, pour, vibrate, cure, fire, QA/QC and package refractory elements as part of the Manufacturing team.
• Prepare molds for casting, including cleaning, assembly and repair.
• Document QA/QC samples for each production batch.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase throughput and quality.
• Write and revise SOPs for casting, mold prep, and lab equipment.
• Maintain clean, organized production area and materials catalog.
• Execute capstone project with direct operational impact.
