Electrified Thermal Solutions, Inc. is hiring lab technicians to support pilot production of the E-Brick refractory heater elements at our Charlestown, MA facility. This full-time, on-site role reports to the Senior Process Engineer and involves helping scale up production with a manufacturing team.

We seek hands-on problem solvers who value safety, accuracy, and reliability. Roles include sample prep, parameter documentation, and basic equipment maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with hands-on work in a professional or educational setting such as lab work, production, or construction.
• Commitment to safety procedures and contributing to a safe work culture.
• Ability to independently execute on complex tasks with reliability.
• An OSHA-approved stand-up forklift certification, or willingness to obtain one on the job.
• Attention to detail and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Mix, pour, vibrate, cure, fire, QC, and package refractory E-brick heater elements.
• Prepare QA/QC samples with each batch.
• Document process parameters as directed by process and manufacturing engineers.
• Assist with equipment maintenance, improvements, and repair.
• Prepare refractory samples for testing, including cutting, drilling, and grinding.
• Organize and catalog samples, tools, and equipment.
• Work with engineering staff to revise SOPs for processes and lab equipment.
