• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office systems.
• Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Generate 3D part and assembly models using SolidWorks and create CAD drawings and BOMs.
• Develop improved processes for the Handle Manufacturing Cell, including fixtures, jigs, tooling.
• Create documentation: part drawings, setup sheets, BOMs, work instructions.
• Assist with Material Identification System rollout.
• Support engineering and master/work order changes.
• Assist with weekly WIP data collection and reporting using Visual ERP.
• Develop shop drawings to enable manufacturing of parts and tooling.
• Collect data to analyze process metrics (labor hours, machine life, maintenance).
• Miscellaneous tasks as directed.
