Modine Manufacturing Company in Jefferson City, MO, seeks an Engineering Co-op for a two-semester assignment from January 2027 through August 2027. You will gain hands-on experience supporting manufacturing processes, data analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with Engineering, Operations and Lean teams.

The role emphasizes problem-solving, process mapping, SOP development, and project management while ramping new product launches and manufacturing setups.

Competenze

• Currently pursuing an engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing or Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
• Proficient in using statistical analysis tools/software and CAD.
• Familiar with lean manufacturing principles and process improvement.

Mansioni

• Support new product launch activities: machine setup, process setup and material setup.
• Assist production team with assembly, brazing, wiring for streamlined processes.
• Lead identified process-improvement projects with lean/engineering teams.
• Conduct material analysis and SAP stock validation to support ramp in production.
• Develop and implement SOPs for manufacturing processes.
• Analyze production data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Support cross-functional teams in continuous improvement initiatives.
