Job summary

You will gain hands-on experience in data analysis, process improvement, and project management while applying CAD and Minitab skills in a real-world setting.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering program.
• Sufficient data analysis and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with lean principles and process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and engineering to drive process-improvement projects.
• Assist in designing layouts of production lines and material handling systems.
• Support creation and maintenance of SOPs for manufacturing processes.
• Collect and analyze SPC data to identify trends and bottlenecks.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform root-cause analysis and propose corrective actions.
• Assist with new equipment implementation and automation integration.
• Prepare project reports and communicate progress.
