Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
• Proficient with Excel and statistical analysis tools.
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
• CAD software proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Support new product launches with machine setup, process setup, and material setup.
• Assist production in assembly, brazing, wiring to streamline processes.
• Lead improvement projects with lean operations and engineering teams.
• Analyze material data and SAP stock for ramping production.
• Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements and layouts.
• Create and maintain SOPs and communicate findings to teams.
• Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and trends.
• Prepare project reports and progress documentation.
