Job summary

The role offers hands-on experience in optimizing manufacturing processes, supporting material management, and driving continuous improvement under engineering and operations guidance.

You will work with cross-functional teams on data analysis, process improvement, SOP development, and the deployment of new equipment and automation.

Qualifications

Pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
Strong analytical skills to collect, interpret, and analyze data.
1-2 years of manufacturing experience preferred.
Proficient with Excel and statistical analysis tools.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing and process improvement.
CAD software proficiency.

Responsibilities

Support new product launches with machine setup, process setup, and material setup.
Assist production in assembly, brazing, wiring to streamline processes.
Lead improvement projects with lean operations and engineering teams.
Analyze material data and SAP stock for ramping production.
Develop and implement manufacturing process improvements and layouts.
Create and maintain SOPs and communicate findings to teams.
Analyze production data to identify bottlenecks and trends.
Prepare project reports and progress documentation.
