• Learn state-of-the-art manufacturing methods and processes.
• Support component hardware and engine assembly manufacturing and repair.
• Maintain quality via risk assessment, root cause analysis, and statistical controls.
• Promote safe working conditions through EHS initiatives.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma to improve productivity, delivery, and operations.
• Support delivery with shops and suppliers while building project management skills.
