Job summary

Qualifications

  • Requires a 4-year accredited bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • 7+ years in a Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering role.
  • Understanding of PLC programming and TPM program experience.

Responsibilities

  • Implements and maintains engineering objectives and initiatives.
  • Devises short and long term capital investment strategy.
  • Develops manufacturing processes by studying product requirements, designing and testing methods and equipment.
  • Supports production in reducing downtime or scrap using analytical methods.
  • Creates and maintains Process Flow, PFMEA, SOPs, and Line Balance documentation.
  • Shares best practices with other sites.
  • Designs testing methods to assure product and process quality; establishes standards.
