Owens Corning is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to lead technical improvements in manufacturing processes and equipment efficiency. You will drive TPM initiatives, set up control plans, and support safety programs to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with S&T, TPM, and maintenance teams, focusing on process standardization and rapid problem-solving to reduce costs and downtime.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
• TPM training and experience (or similar methodology).
• 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Mansioni

• Live the OC Safety Stand and adhere to Employee Safety Responsibilities.
• Provide technical leadership for process improvements and controls, including audits and corrective actions.
• Coach and mentor operators and maintenance technicians on process control.
• Lead projects to improve product quality, equipment uptime, and line utilization.
• Develop and implement TPM plans with Maintenance and TPM resources.
• Drive process capability and reduction of variation across manufacturing lines.
