Job summary

Owens Corning is seeking a TPM Lead to drive the evolution of Total Productive Maintenance on our Brentwood, NH site. You will coach and mentor Autonomous Maintenance teams, partner with TPM Pillar Teams, supervisors, and plant leaders to embed TPM into daily work and decision making.

The role focuses on building capable, highly engaged teams that own equipment health and drive loss elimination, with a measurable impact on safety, reliability, productivity, quality, and cost.

Qualifications

• Associate degree with 4+ years of TPM/Lean manufacturing experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of TPM systems beyond administrative support.
• Pillar Leader experience in AM, PM, FI, TD.
• Led an AM Team through AM Step 4.
• Travel may be required to visit OC plants.

Responsibilities

• Build, coach, and develop Autonomous Maintenance teams owning equipment health.
• Provide leadership to AM and Pillar Teams to advance TPM maturity.
• Ensure TPM efforts align with site objectives and improve OEE, reliability, productivity, quality, and cost.
• Coach operators and managers in TPM methodologies, problem-solving, and loss elimination.
• Drive accountability for TPM execution and sustainable daily behaviors.
