Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with 4+ years of related experience.
• Graduate Degree with 2+ years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, at least 8 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and improves manufacturing plans, projects, and processes.
• Uses Earned Value Management (EVM) to analyze budgets and performance.
• Transfers tooling, methods, and systems into production.
• Develops strategies to improve producibility, quality, and cost.
• Leads manufacturing engineering efforts on large projects.
