Job summary

L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior Specialist, Material Management in Melbourne, FL. You will oversee all supply chain activities from proposal through production, steering material management for programs of varying size and complexity and guiding requisitioning, PO placement, and inventory control.

You will drive procurement strategies balancing cost and schedule, identify risks, and communicate budget variances to stakeholders. Security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of relevant experience; graduate degree reduces the required years.
• Experience in Material Management, Supply Chain, and MRP/MPS is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all supply chain activities across the full program lifecycle.
• Manage all purchased material and oversee requisitioning, PO placement, and BOM.
• Develop material forecasts and conduct EVMS/EAC/ETC reviews.
• Maintain material cost, delivery, and labor baselines; drive risk mitigation.
• Provide strategic leadership for Materials Management and cross-functional teams.
