Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering support to ensure safe, repeatable processes.
• Develop and sustain processes for CCAs, microelectronic and harness assemblies.
• Create AMS, work instructions, process flows and tooling requirements.
• Identify risks, improve producibility, first-pass yield, cycle time and capacity.
• Design fixtures and tooling with mistake-proofing and ergonomics focus.
• Drive automation initiatives for manual assembly steps.
• Provide cross-functional guidance to manufacturing teams and customers.
• Lead root cause investigations and corrective actions for defects.
• Review drawings and implement engineering changes into production.
• Coordinate readiness for new product introductions and process changes.
