We are looking for a Senior Industrial Engineer to join the Process and Equipment Excellence Team. As part of Strategy and Technology - Operations Innovation, you will deliver strategic manufacturing process performance improvements across Medtronic’s manufacturing plant enterprise. Your focus will be on developing and executing a manufacturing workflow capacity model to help plants understand current and future capacity constraints, based on zero loss methods. Key deliverables include deploying the model across the enterprise, identifying continuous improvements, and supporting capacity expansion requests.
This role can be based anywhere, with a preference for being near a large manufacturing plant.
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of capacity modeling experience OR an advanced degree with 2+ years of experience.

Salary range in the U.S. (excluding PR): $96,800 - $145,200, plus incentives and benefits such as health insurance, 401(k), paid time off, and more. Benefits vary by location and employment status.
