You will partner with production teams to improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance while developing work instructions and manufacturing standards.

The role is ideal for engineers who enjoy hands-on problem solving, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a fast-paced environment. On-site work in Sugar Land is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering.
• 0-3 years of manufacturing or continuous improvement experience.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and problem solving methodologies.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilités

• Support process improvement projects focused on safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and assist with root cause investigations.
• Develop and maintain work instructions, process documentation, and manufacturing standards.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support engineering changes and process updates.
• Assist with new product introductions and manufacturing technology implementations.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, Kaizen, and waste reduction activities.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
