Job summary

System One, Inc. is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to join a hands-on manufacturing operation in Houston. You will work directly with production teams to improve equipment reliability, efficiency, and safety on the plant floor.

The role emphasizes practical, on-site problem solving, capital project support, and leading Lean/Six Sigma driven improvements that deliver measurable financial impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in process/manufacturing engineering in a plant.
• Experience supporting capital projects and maintenance activities.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and data-driven problem solving.
• Ability to work hands-on on the plant floor with operations and maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve productivity, quality, and safety in production processes.
• Troubleshoot issues with equipment performance and bottlenecks.
• Plan and execute capital projects and major maintenance.
• Develop solutions to increase output and reduce costs.
• Lead continuous improvement and monitor KPIs with operations.
