Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing process implementation and optimization.
• Develop and maintain process standards and metrics.
• Train shop floor personnel on new processes.
• Collaborate with Engineering to support NPD and DFM.
• Perform root cause analysis and corrective actions for quality issues.
• Monitor cost and process yield improvements.
