Qualifications

• Education: B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred.
• Experience: One or two years experience in Industrial Engineering.
• Knowledge: Engineering theory and design criteria; capable of drafting/layout work.

Responsibilities

• Develops, installs and maintains cost-effective methods of manufacturing and establishes fair and equitable operating standards.
• Collaborates with Maintenance Manager to monitor equipment performance and troubleshoot issues.
• Participates in equipment improvements, preventive maintenance, and cost analyses for new equipment.
• Reduces manufacturing scrap by identifying waste and implementing defect reduction strategies.
