Job summary

Vika Talent Solutions is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer in Milwaukee to improve production processes, support the implementation of new equipment, and drive quality, efficiency, and cost improvements. You will develop and optimize manufacturing standards, troubleshoot issues, and train teams on new tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical or manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, esp. stamping, assembly, machining, welding, automation, or PLCs.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of GD&T and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and production standards.
• Support new machinery, tooling, dies, and equipment implementation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste, downtime, and manufacturing costs.
• Create and maintain process documentation and work instructions.
• Support new product launches and process improvements.
• Train production employees on new processes and equipment.
