The role partners with production, engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot issues, drive root-cause actions, and support Lean initiatives aimed at safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, plus strong hands-on skills and the ability to read

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable spending time on the production floor with the people building the product.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues and drive problems to root cause.
• Develop and implement corrective actions.
• Improve manufacturing processes, workflows, and work instructions.
• Support engineering changes and new product introductions.
• Partner directly with production, engineering, quality, and service teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve quality, productivity, safety, and cost.
• Support Lean and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the operation.
