Job summary

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, plus strong hands-on skills and the ability to read

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology preferred.
• 5+ years of manufacturing or process engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Experience with Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Comfortable spending time on the production floor with the people building the product.
