Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• 5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience supporting complex electro‑mechanical or electronic products.
• Experience supporting NPI programs and transferring products from prototype or engineering environments into production.
• Demonstrated experience influencing product design through DFM, DFA, or DFT reviews.
• Experience creating production work instructions, test instructions, process specifications, manufacturing drawings, process flows, and training materials.
• Hands‑on experience supporting prototype, pilot, and production‑ramp builds.
• Working knowledge of bills of material, engineering drawings, engineering change processes, configuration control, root‑cause analysis, corrective action, process validation, and manufacturing risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering for assigned NPI programs from concept to production transfer.
• Provide DFM/ DFA/ DFT input during design reviews.
• Identify manufacturability risks early to influence design.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and process controls.
• Lead readiness reviews for prototype and pre-production builds.
• Support root‑cause analysis and corrective actions for manufacturing issues.
• Use production data to drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate transfer to high‑volume manufacturing partners and training.
