Job summary

MPI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support production and industrialization of electro-mechanical capital equipment. You will drive NPI transitions, develop docs, BOMs, routings, and lead process improvements on the shop floor.

The successful candidate will collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain and manufacturing teams, interpreting drawings and applying ISO/quality practices to deliver repeatable, high-quality production processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering.
3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a relevant industry.
Experience supporting production activities in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation; exposure to ISO-regulated or quality-driven environments preferred.

Responsibilities

Support new product introduction (NPI) and manufacturing readiness activities.
Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, BOMs, and routings.
Drive continuous improvement projects focusing on quality, throughput, cost and ergonomics.
Investigate production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Design and implement tooling, fixtures, and manufacturing process enhancements.
