Job summary

MPI is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support machining processes, equipment, and tooling requirements in a fast-paced production environment. You will create and maintain engineering drawings, work instructions, and ECOs.

The role focuses on driving process improvements through root cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing initiatives, and requires collaboration with production and engineering teams to implement solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in a production environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to manufacturing support.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and engineering change processes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support machining processes, equipment, and tooling requirements.
• Create and maintain engineering drawings, work instructions, and ECOs.
• Drive process improvements through root cause analysis and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Design fixtures using CAD software and recommend new manufacturing solutions.
• Support equipment implementation, validation, and capital improvement projects.
• Partner with production teams to improve quality, efficiency, and throughput.
