Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 1+ years experience in a manufacturing or process engineering role.
• Experience with root cause analysis and statistical process control.
• Familiarity with PFMEAs and development of work instructions.
• Experience with new product introduction in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong continuous improvement background and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes to maximize efficiency and reduce waste.
• Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Apply statistical process control to monitor and improve processes.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to boost yield and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to transition new products from design to production.
• Develop and update work instructions, PFMEAs, and related documentation.
• Train production staff on new processes and improvements.
