Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 1+ year of relevant engineering experience.
• Foundational knowledge of engineering principles and product development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Effective written and verbal communication; ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering, quality, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to ensure product integrity requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) activities, including design reviews, validation and verification testing, and engineering documentation.
• Analyze product performance and quality data; support failure analysis and corrective action efforts.
• Coordinate outsourced qualification testing with external labs and work with suppliers on component quality and performance requirements.
• Assist in managing engineering changes (Engineering Change Request/Engineering Change Order - ECR/ECO) and maintaining compliance with applicable industry standards (e.g., Telcordia, IEC, JEDEC, ISO).
