Job summary

Allmand, a Generac Company, is seeking a Quality Engineer II for onsite work in Holdrege, NE. You will lead supplier quality initiatives, support PPAP/APQP, and drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams in a manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 3+ years in quality/operations, with strong problem-solving and communication skills. Experience with SAP/ERP is preferred, and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Operations/Quality Assurance in a plant or supplier quality role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment of lean tools, methodologies, and processes.
• Coordinate supplier quality expectations and objectives.
• Lead resolution of supplier quality issues and internal audits.
• Support PPAP and APQP processes; qualify new parts.
• Gather, analyze product data to drive quality improvements.
• Ensure test/inspection integrity (MSA/GR&R) and traceability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to keep product flowing.
