Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required.
• 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering role, preferably Metals or Machines.
• Proven experience with RCA, Process Optimization, Production, Troubleshooting, SPC, Control Panels, Kaizen, PFMEA, and OEE.

Responsibilities

• Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing systems and processes to boost productivity, efficiency, and quality.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis to identify and correct manufacturing issues.
• Apply Process Optimization techniques to streamline production and reduce waste.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Use Statistical Process Control to monitor the manufacturing process.
• Design and implement Control Panels to enhance manufacturing processes.
• Apply Kaizen principles to drive continuous improvement.
• Conduct PFMEA to identify failures and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and improve OEE to maximize productivity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet manufacturing goals.
